Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern access to growwwth.net and the public channel directory, profiles, editorial pages, and related features (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

What Growwwth provides

Growwwth organizes public information about YouTube channels and publishes analysis of the creator economy. The current directory displays public channel metadata, cumulative counters, and differences calculated from recorded observations. It does not give access to private YouTube Analytics, establish ownership of a channel, or guarantee a complete list of all creators.

Some navigation items describe features still in development. User accounts, subscriptions, payments, and private channel connections are not part of the current public release.

How to interpret the data

Public platform data can be delayed, rounded, hidden, corrected, or unavailable. A “daily” change on Growwwth compares two recorded channel totals on adjacent dates; it is not a direct report of unique viewers or an exact rolling 24-hour measurement. Public subscriber counts are rounded by YouTube, and a change in the public video count is a net count, not a list of uploads.

Rankings, comparisons, charts, and editorial conclusions should be read with their stated scope and methodology. No metric on the Service is a promise of future audience growth, partnership performance, revenue, or investment results. Confirm material decisions with the source platform and other relevant evidence.

YouTube and other third parties

Channel data comes from YouTube Data API Services. Your use of YouTube itself is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s information practices are explained in its Privacy Policy. YouTube, Google, channel owners, and other third parties are not responsible for Growwwth’s independent presentation or analysis unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Links to YouTube channels, editorial sources, and other sites take you outside Growwwth. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services. We may change or stop displaying source information when access or availability changes.

Sharing and attribution

You may share a reasonable excerpt, screenshot, or link to a Growwwth page for commentary, research, or reporting, provided you identify Growwwth as the source of its presentation or analysis and link to the relevant page where practical. Public channel facts remain subject to the rights and rules of their original sources.

This permission does not transfer ownership of our site design, software, editorial work, databases as a compilation, or branding. Broader reuse, republication, or commercial data access requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with others. You must not attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, send malware or spam, impersonate another person, or misrepresent the source or meaning of our data.

Bulk copying, automated extraction, or redistribution of substantial portions of the directory is not permitted without written authorization. Ordinary browsing, search-engine access permitted by our published robots rules, and reasonable citation remain allowed. We may limit requests that threaten the availability or integrity of the Service.

Content and intellectual property

Growwwth’s original text, design, code, branding, and selection and arrangement of information are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Channel names, handles, avatars, banners, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a directory does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

You may access the Service for its intended public use. No other license is granted unless we agree in writing or applicable law provides one.

Editorial submissions

If you submit a pitch through Write For Us, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not include unlawful, infringing, confidential, or misleading material. Sending a pitch does not guarantee a response, acceptance, payment, publication, or a particular editorial outcome.

You retain rights to your original submission. We may read, evaluate, and discuss it for editorial purposes. Any publication rights, byline, compensation, or license for an accepted article must be agreed separately. See Write For Us for current guidelines.

Corrections and profile requests

If you identify an incorrect channel match, misleading presentation, or other error, email us with the relevant page and supporting information. We may correct an error, add context, or update future data. A public channel owner may also ask us to review a profile or historical entry.

Growwwth maintains a historical record of public observations, so a source-platform change does not automatically rewrite previous captures. We review correction and removal requests individually in light of the information involved and applicable obligations.

Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a feature or source integration. Data updates can fail or arrive late because of API availability, quota, network issues, or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any particular channel will always be listed.

We may revise these Terms by publishing a new version with an updated date. Continued use after the revised version takes effect means you accept it, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

No professional advice or data warranty

The Service is provided for general information and research. It is not financial, legal, advertising, or business advice tailored to your situation. Although we work to present source data accurately, Growwwth cannot guarantee that any public counter, derived change, article, or third-party link is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Growwwth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable service, incorrect or delayed data, third-party actions, or decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude. You remain responsible for how you use and interpret public information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how site visits, public channel information, browser preferences, and contributor submissions are handled. It forms part of the context for your use of the Service.
